📋 Description

• Combine strong software engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted development practices to deliver high-quality software faster and more effectively. • Leverage AI coding assistants, agentic development workflows, and AI-powered engineering tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. • Work alongside product, engineering, and design teams to build scalable solutions while continuously improving development practices through AI. • Design, build, and maintain modern web applications across frontend and backend systems. • Develop scalable APIs, services, and user interfaces using modern engineering practices. • Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure production readiness. • Implement automated testing and quality assurance practices throughout the SDLC. • Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, QA Engineers, and other Software Engineers. • Support the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience relevant for the role. • Relevant experience in React and Node.js. • Strong experience delivering software across the Software Development Life Cycle. • Experience building production-grade software applications. • Experience working within Agile product development teams. • Strong communication and technical collaboration skills. • Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants in professional software development. • Experience using AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and software design. • Familiarity with agentic development workflows and AI-powered engineering tools. • Experience creating and maintaining prompts, workflows, skills, agent instructions, or similar reusable AI assets. • Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs. • Experience designing workflows that improve confidence and trust in AI-generated outputs. • Understanding of validation techniques for AI-assisted development, including testing, specification-based verification, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop review processes. • Experience working with AI agents to execute multi-step development activities.
