📋 Description

• Build fluid and responsive user interfaces for multiple platforms and devices • Lead the design and development of high-performance, secure, and scalable frontend solutions • Champion high-quality standards for user interfaces • Drive reliability through unit testing, integration testing, and Shift-Left/TDD practices • Work within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Provide technical leadership and help define frontend architectures • Take ownership of architectural decisions and product impact • Collaborate with self-driven teams toward shared goals with minimal supervision • Travel nationally and internationally 0%-15% according to project, client, and organizational needs • Participate in recruitment stages including technical, cultural, and project/client interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of professional engineering experience • Heavy focus on high-traffic, web-native products such as SaaS, consumer web, or large-scale digital platforms • Expertise architecting complex Next.js applications • Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, RSC, caching, and the App Router ecosystem • Expert knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript and browser mechanics • Understanding of DOM manipulation and web fundamentals • Expertise in Core Web Vitals, SEO optimization, and accessible user interfaces • Rigorous automated testing experience, including unit, integration, E2E, TDD, and Shift-Left • Expert-level Vanilla JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js • Experience with advanced routing and server-state management • Professional experience with Azure Cloud, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus • Familiarity with New Relic, Datadog, or Dynatrace is a plus • Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban • Self-driven mindset and ability to work in a self-organized environment
