📋 Description

• Support the sales team with demos, business cases, and customer pitches • Translate customer challenges and goals into value roadmaps using Mindfuel’s SaaS platform • Help run trials and Proof-of-Value projects • Assist workshops identifying product deployment and adoption roadmaps • Work with the Value Acceleration team on customer projects • Configure Mindfuel for customer needs with senior guidance • Set up automations integrating Mindfuel into customer IT ecosystems • Onboard users and serve as their first point of contact • Frame quantitative business benefits for Proof-of-Value projects • Support process improvements and measurable business impact initiatives • Contribute to customer success plans, including adoption, expansion, and renewals • Build client relationships and develop into a trusted partner • Collect customer feedback and share product and go-to-market insights • Prepare management-level presentations and stakeholder reports • Create reusable best-practice documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field • Talent for drafting storylines and building slide decks with strong attention to detail • Structured, self-driven, and motivated; thrives on ownership and results • Customer-first mentality; able to listen, understand customer needs, and map them to product value • Excellent communication skills and professional presence in customer meetings • Fluent in German and English • First practical experience in Data & Analytics, Consulting, or SaaS is a plus • Familiarity with Python and low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n is a plus • Natural team player who thrives in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment • Strong Spikeball or Table Tennis skills are a plus
