📋 Description

• Support the sales team in preparing demos, business cases, and customer pitches • Translate customer business challenges and goals into tangible roadmaps that ensure value with the Mindfuel SaaS platform • Help run trials and execute Proof-of-Value projects with customers • Assist in workshops to identify product deployment and adoption roadmaps • Work alongside the Mindfuel Value Acceleration team on customer projects • Configure Mindfuel to fit customer needs with guidance from senior colleagues • Set up automations to integrate Mindfuel into customer IT ecosystems • Onboard users and serve as their first point of contact for questions • Frame clear, quantitative business benefits for Proof-of-Value projects • Support initiatives that drive process improvements and measurable business impact • Contribute to customer success plans, including adoption, expansion, and renewal activities • Build strong client relationships and develop into a trusted partner • Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and go-to-market teams • Help prepare management-level presentations and reports • Create reusable best-practice documentation for the Value Acceleration team

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field • Talent for drafting storylines and building slide decks with strong attention to detail • Structured, self-driven, and motivated; thrive on ownership and results • Customer-first mentality; able to listen, quickly understand customer needs, and map them to product value • Excellent communication skills and professional presence in customer meetings • Fluent in German and English • First practical experience (internship, student job, or project work) in Data & Analytics, Consulting, or SaaS is a plus • Familiarity with Python and low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) is a plus • Natural team player who thrives in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment • Strong Spikeball or Table Tennis skills are a plus
