• Design, launch, and continuously optimize user communications across Email, Push, and In-App messages • Run daily performance analysis of CRM campaigns, turning insights into clear hypotheses and experiments • Own audience segmentation end-to-end: define targeting rules, build segments • Monitor and improve core delivery and engagement metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, etc.) • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests focusing on business outcomes • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure cohesive user experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging in a product-led environment • Practical experience with ESP tools (e.g. Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp) • A proactive mindset and a high level of autonomy
