📋 Description

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and management reports • Participate in monthly financial reviews with the leadership team • Support monthly budget updates and conduct plan-versus-actual analyses • Help prepare annual budgets and financial models • Organize financial documentation and review financial statements and tax declarations • Coordinate with external accountants and support audit processes • Support payroll processing and maintain accurate compensation data across systems • Draft and review financial sections of contracts • Prepare and review contracts and documentation for board meetings • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and data for decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5–2 years of experience in finance or audit at Big4 or FMCG will be a huge plus • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets • Familiarity with budgeting systems • Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting processes • Experience working with auditors, tax filings, and compliance checks • Attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy and integrity • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to communicate clearly with finance and non-finance stakeholders • Ideally located in the CET or EET time zone
