📋 Description
• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial information to support upper-management decision-making • Conduct financial analysis to increase profits, optimize expenses, and improve cash flow • Manage project-budget preparation and monitor budget usage against plans • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance against business plans • Oversee day-to-day project financial operations, including payments, requests, and other transactions • Support registration of bank, EMI, and PSP accounts, including KYC procedures, compliance, and audits • Analyze financial systems and processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities • Implement cost-reduction strategies and improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with finance, treasury, financial control, legal, and product teams • Communicate with external partners such as banks, financial institutions, advertising networks, and merchants • Prepare information for financial statements and audits • Provide data to potential investors and assist with due diligence • Complete ad hoc tasks and participate in special projects • Perform other duties assigned by upper management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields • 2–3 years of relevant experience in an IT company, Big4, multinational consulting, audit, or FMCG company • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools such as Power BI • Working knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach • Attention to detail and critical-thinking ability • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Excellent written and oral English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher • Proactive, results-oriented, open-minded team-player mindset focused on continuous process improvement • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central would be a plus • Experience in ERP system implementation would be a plus • Audit experience would be a valuable asset
