📋 Description

• Analyze new feature rollouts to determine their value to users and impact on the product • Analyze data to uncover product growth opportunities, focusing on user retention, activity, and drop-offs • Define, build, and track core metrics including retention, activation, engagement, and conversion • Conduct deep analysis of A/B tests • Guide A/B testing from hypothesis generation through actionable insights • Influence product functionality, user experience, and strategic product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics • Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries • Experience with BigQuery is a major plus • Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or similar • Ability to build dashboards that turn raw data into a clear story • Ability to understand the reasons behind data and use insights to influence product decisions • Ability to translate complex data into plain language and identify next steps • Practical knowledge of A/B testing is a plus • Ability to independently run A/B tests, understand statistical significance, and interpret chi-square, z-test, and Mann–Whitney results is a plus • Ideally located in the CET or EET time zone
