📋 Description

• You design technical Salesforce solutions that genuinely move our clients forward. • You dive into our system landscapes around Salesforce, SAP BTP and CI and work on concrete customer scenarios. • You build the bridges between Salesforce and adjacent systems, from data structure to ongoing development. • Design technical architectures for complex Salesforce projects and implement them together with your team. • Advise clients on technical solutions and explain complex relationships in an understandable way, up to the management level. • Take responsibility for technical decisions around Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and modern Salesforce technologies and AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in external consulting — pure in-house experience is generally not sufficient unless you bring comparable consulting or steering experience (for example from self-employment) • Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Identity and Access Management Architect, Salesforce Integration Architect, PRINCE2 Foundation (or an equivalent project management certification) • Practical experience with integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems, ideally with SAP BTP/CI • You must reside in Germany; working on the go is possible as long as you are reachable between 8 AM and 6 PM (local German time) • Experience with MuleSoft desirable • Interest in AI-powered solutions in the CRM domain
