📋 Description

• As a Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d), you actively contribute to challenging HR transformation projects and take on subject-matter responsibility during project delivery. • You implement SuccessFactors solutions based on functional and technical concepts and ensure quality through structured testing, documentation, and coordination within the project. • Within project teams, you are responsible for modules, topic areas, or work packages and contribute your experience to targeted solution development. • You work on the design and development of tailored HR solutions, designs, and integration scenarios in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment. • In collaboration with HR departments and project stakeholders, you help translate business requirements into implementable SuccessFactors solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years (approx. 3–5 years) of experience in consulting or implementing SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of core HR processes (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding). • Experience working on complex projects and independently handling modules or work packages. • Clear and structured communication in client environments and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Willingness to travel for project work; scope and arrangements will be agreed upon together.
