📋 Description

• Execute high-precision, single-task manual image editing and pixel-perfect masking • Add, remove, or replace objects; change colors, textures, and materials; swap backgrounds; edit text; and apply overall style adjustments based on instructions • Preserve all non-target elements, including background details, surrounding objects, layout, perspective, scale, lighting, grain, and scene structure • Create and apply 8-bit grayscale PNG edit masks, with white representing the edit area and black representing the preserved area • Create precise placement guides and ensure local edit regions cover at least 0.88% of the total image area • Provide clean, full-resolution PNG/TIFF deliverables matching source dimensions • Complete required metadata fields • Identify and immediately report ambiguous instructions, missing assets, policy issues, or infeasible requirements • Participate in onboarding, review project guides and documentation, and begin tasks under initial QA support

🎯 Requirements

• B2+ English skills • Availability for the specified shifts (8/23) • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, or equivalent professional image-editing software • Strong grasp of layer management, non-destructive editing, perspective matching, and color grading • Ability to integrate edits seamlessly without seams, halos, distorted geometry, repeated patterns, or lighting mismatches • Zero use of AI tools, Generative Fill, AI inpainting, neural filters, auto-segmentation, or AI-generated metadata; all edits must be 100% manual • Ability to create 8-bit grayscale PNG edit masks and precise placement guides • Ability to provide full-resolution PNG/TIFF files matching source dimensions • Ability to provide layered PSD or Nuke scripts upon audit request • Ability to complete required metadata fields, including Task ID, source/output IDs, editor ID, licensing status, provenance, and timestamp
