📋 Description
• Records the transaction in the accounting system • Prepare month-end financial statements and analysis and update the YTD FS file • Prepares and updates tax schedules (1601C and quarterly ITR) • Update and maintain the cash position file • Monitors and send monthly tax calendar • Preparation and filing of monthly tax forms • Computation of BD Sales commissions • Assist the finance manager in other financial reports (internal and external) that may be required by the board. • Assist in annual external audit • Preparation of the schedule of manual books of accounts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • At least 3 years of experience in finance with exposure to bookkeeping and financial reporting • Experience in Zoho is preferred but not required • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheet, and Powerpoint
