📋 Description

• Support the E-commerce & CRM Deployment Manager in delivering Vuse and Glo e-commerce targets through on-time, in-full implementation of digital activations • Develop and deploy e-commerce activation concepts for end-market-specific activations, including asset creation and market approvals • Brief, test, and approve technical enhancements and UX/UI optimizations based on area plans, consumer insights, and market trends • Collaborate with area digital, end-market CRM Deployment, and Loyalty Deployment teams to implement activations across digital touchpoints • Exchange results quickly and derive learnings for future plans • Coordinate end-market and area digital plans to support performance and fiscal-year KPI achievement • Own end-market forecasting and stock planning according to cycle plans, promotional peaks, and launches • Manage third parties, including creative agencies and e-commerce warehouse processes, to ensure flawless implementation and order fulfilment • Monitor competitors and explore new digital marketing touchpoints and advertising channels • Present results, learnings, recommendations, and outlooks to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Marketing • First experience in e-commerce deployment positions • At least 2 years of work experience in a digital-driven job • Understanding of consumer purchase decisions • Affinity for new media and technical innovations • Curiosity for new digital trends • Project management skills • Ability to drive and execute cross-functional projects • Flexibility and intrinsic motivation to push projects forward autonomously • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to manage several stakeholders simultaneously • Can-Do Mindset • Strong team player • Fluent in German and English
