📋 Description

• Source and onboard new partners for iGaming traffic via niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, SEO, E-Mail, PPC, ASO, and FB. • Work with Tier-1 markets. • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners. • Provide partners with guidance on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics. • Conduct monthly commission reviews, monitor incoming traffic, and prevent fraud using in-house tools and the analytics team. • Prepare and maintain regular traffic reports. • Achieve planned KPIs through the use of company tools. • Participate in international exhibitions and represent the company’s products at these events.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience working with Tier-1 markets in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming industry). • Hands-on experience with brands on the operator/advertiser side. • Strong knowledge of commission models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals. • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track traffic performance and campaign conversions. • Confident user of Google Sheets. • Bonus: а personal network of active Tier-1 partners ready for collaboration. • Upper Intermediate English (B2-C1). • Strong stress-management and conflict-resolution abilities. • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
