📋 Description

• Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.) • Handle cases end-to-end, including legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel • Develop litigation strategies • Prepare legal memoranda • Maintain case documentation and knowledge bases

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech) • Law degree and active admission to practice • Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules • Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills • Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs • Strong organizational and communication skills • Nice to have: strong knowledge of UK Common Law • UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it • Experience with commercial litigation and ADR • Flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel
