📋 Description

• Edit talking heads, vertical, horizontal, and event/reportage videos • Work with footage from live events, video shoots, and trips • Handle multi-camera setups, camera synchronization, and external audio alignment • Clean up and mix audio, select background music, and create sound effects • Create basic to intermediate motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, and graphics animation • Search for and curate footage from stock platforms • Integrate AI-generated content into live-action footage • Independently manage projects from brief intake through final export

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial video-editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating Strong Middle level • Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve • Ability to edit both fast-paced dynamic videos and calm, premium/luxury aesthetic content • Confidence with multi-camera editing and external sound synchronization • Color grading and matching footage from different cameras, including Sony and Panasonic • Deep understanding of DaVinci Resolve node structures, color spaces, and scopes • Experience with Sony S-Log, Panasonic V-Log, and DJI D-Log, including color space transformation, exposure alignment, white balance, contrast, and natural skin tones • Great sense of rhythm, strong visual taste, and high attention to detail • Openness to feedback, respect for agreed deadlines, adaptability, and willingness to test new AI tools and technologies • Fluent Russian and Upper-Intermediate English or higher • Powerful PC/Mac capable of smooth 4K video editing • Ample local storage: 30–100 GB for standard projects and 500 GB–1 TB for larger projects • Fast and stable high-speed Internet • Uninterrupted access to Google Drive, Higgsfield, and other global services; reliable VPN if needed • Mandatory portfolio including talking-head videos and event/travel/reportage videos • Portfolio must demonstrate both high-energy dynamic edits and subtle atmospheric premium/luxury aesthetics
