📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day health of the Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace listings • Coordinate product onboarding, updates, and deprecations across marketplace channels • Manage AWS and Azure private offer workflows end-to-end • Liaise with AWS and Azure partner teams on certification, metering integration, and marketplace requirements • Maintain a consolidated Jira project tracker across eCommerce initiatives • Run sprint planning, status meetings, and async standups; surface blockers and propose resolutions • Author and maintain RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder updates • Coordinate UAT cycles, including test cases, tester assignments, result consolidation, and sign-off • Identify repetitive workflows and lead automation using AI tooling, including Claude Enterprise • Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for eCommerce initiatives • Produce BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams • Map commerce-stack data flows from Webstore through NetSuite ERP to AWS/Azure metering APIs • Serve as subject-matter expert on AWS and Azure Marketplace technical requirements • Produce weekly and monthly status reports for leadership, Finance, and Sales • Build and maintain dashboards tracking GMV, conversion, average order value, fulfillment SLA, and entitlement activation • Coordinate with Finance on order volumes, entitlement provisioning, and period-close data requirements • Partner with Sales on marketplace deal analytics and fulfillment visibility • Document and maintain SOPs for listing updates, promo setup, refunds, and entitlement provisioning

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a business analysis or project coordination role covering digital commerce, SaaS licensing, or cloud marketplace channels • Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace, including listing management, private offers, metering, or SaaS contract mechanics • Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation • Experience with BI and data warehouse tooling such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or equivalent • Ability to build and maintain reports independently • Strong written communication, including independently producing SOPs, status reports, BRDs, and stakeholder emails • Comfort working across time zones in a fully remote, async-first environment • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Stripe, or similar eCommerce platforms • Exposure to ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite • Experience in QA or UAT coordination, including writing test cases and managing sign-off • Exposure to AI tooling for workflow automation, LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code AI integrations • Understanding of Kubernetes, container, or cloud infrastructure product categories • PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or equivalent certification is a nice-to-have
