📋 Description

• Join the team as an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal in a flexible role • Support a team of paralegals throughout the conveyancing journey • Mentor junior paralegal team daily • Collaborate with the Queensland Settlement Lead and avoid consistent client contact

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5-7 years experience in a high-volume conveyancing environment • Experience in managing end-to-end conveyancing transactions • Confident in all things QLD conveyancing • Support across the full residential conveyancing journey including settlements, contract reviews, drafting, stamping, negotiations, and liaising with authorities • Experience or interest in being trained to work across multiple jurisdictions
