📋 Description

• Manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish • Complete task-based work autonomously while reaching out for help when needed • Ensure all deadlines and client expectations are met

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years minimum QLD conveyancing experience • Ability to manage 30-35 residential conveyancing files A-Z each month with administration support • Highly organised – able to stay on top of daily tasks and emails, keep track of key dates and ensure deadlines are met • Personable – able to maintain and create sustainable referral relationships with other professionals in our industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
