📋 Description

• Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, social networks, job boards, and other channels • Screen and select CVs • Add candidates to SmartRecruiters and keep the system updated through the end of the hiring process • Make initial contact with potential cold candidates • Conduct market analysis and data research • Prepare appropriate reports and presentations • Maintain and increase internal databases and related reports • Congregate and quality-check job descriptions according to corporate norms and templates • Perform other duties consistent with the purpose of the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field • 1.5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency or IT company as a researcher • English level upper-intermediate or higher • Experience with workflow automation and process optimization • Attentiveness to details and efficiency in search • Confident user of various sourcing and recruitment tools • Experience in international hiring
