📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang • Develop RESTful APIs and stable data contracts that evolve safely over time • Implement and manage asynchronous, event-driven communication with message reliability, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility • Design and develop distributed systems and microservices focused on scalability, resilience, and maintainability • Optimize application performance, reliability, and resource utilization in production environments • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making • Conduct code reviews and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team • Write and maintain unit and integration tests for APIs, business logic, and integrations • Design and maintain secure APIs and service integrations using authentication, authorization, and identity-management best practices • Build integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, and other third-party systems • Maintain reliable integrations between internal services and external enterprise platforms • Occasionally contribute to React-based frontend functionality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer • Strong experience building backend applications and services using Golang • Solid understanding of concurrency in Golang and asynchronous workflows • Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message handling, such as Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies • Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures • Proven experience designing APIs and event schemas with long-term evolution and backward compatibility • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure API design • Experience with microservice architectures and distributed systems • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong commitment to automated testing, including unit and integration testing • Experience with React and modern frontend development (nice to have) • Experience with TypeScript and Protobuf (nice to have) • Experience with Azure or GCP (nice to have) • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus (nice to have) • Experience with identity and access management solutions such as Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar (nice to have)
