📋 Description

• Conduct organisational and operating model reviews • Assess AI readiness and identify transformation opportunities • Design AI-enabled business processes and operating models • Develop AI transformation roadmaps and business cases • Recommend organizational redesign and workforce transformation initiatives • Lead stakeholder workshops and executive engagements • Support AI adoption, change management, and business initiatives • Provide strategic advice on AI implementation and business value realisation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, Engineering, or related field • 5 - 7+ years' experience in business transformation, consulting, organisational development, or digital transformation • 3+ years' experience working with Generative AI solutions, including Claude AI, ChatGPT or similar • Strong background in organisational reviews, process improvement, and change management • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills • Positive attitude with a solution-focused approach in all aspects of work • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments as needed
