📋 Description

• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions improving internal and partner experiences • Drive automations that shorten order-to-cash cycles, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve revenue accuracy and leakage prevention • Measure, report, and communicate impact and ROI; gather stakeholder feedback and iterate on solutions • Test, deploy, and support automations in production; perform root-cause analysis and incident remediation • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation using approved low-code/no-code platforms across Salesforce, EDI integrations, SAP ERP, and other business applications • Architect and deploy AI patterns including RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and secure API/tool integrations • Establish enterprise-grade governance and operational practices including testing, release management, monitoring, logging, access controls, and auditability • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable, compliant, explainable AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric • Ability to establish enterprise AI governance models, secure data access, and role-based controls • Ability to map complex business processes into robust, maintainable technical architectures spanning multiple systems • Excellent documentation and communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to create clear requirements, designs, and impact reports • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional, collaborative environment • Hands-on experience with agentic AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration patterns • Experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce, SAP-preferred ERP systems, EDI protocols, and order-to-cash systems • Proven experience designing scalable, supportable low-code/no-code Microsoft Power Platform solutions aligned with enterprise IT guardrails • Willingness to work night shift from 10PM to 7AM Manila • Desirable: programming experience such as Python or SQL • Desirable: experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models
