📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered creation features from discovery and UX strategy through polished, developer-ready UI • Plan and run user research and turn insights into recommendations using AI tools for rapid synthesis • Check research findings against source data • Design for unpredictable AI output, including generation states, multiple results, regeneration, partial success, and graceful failure • Create controls that keep users in charge • Build trust through transparency and responsible AI practices • Address privacy of personal photos and fair representation in generated content • Deliver responsive UI and code-based prototypes across web and iOS • Contribute reusable AI interaction patterns to the design system • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers • Document decisions so the team can continue the work after the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in UX/UI or product design • Portfolio showing end-to-end work and shipped AI-powered features, including process, trade-offs, and outcomes • Fluency with AI design tools such as Figma Make, Claude, and Cursor • Ability to prototype with real model output • Experience designing generative or AI-assisted creative tools • Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, including non-deterministic output, latency, and error modes • Strong interaction and visual design craft • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and native iOS conventions • Clear async writing and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and drive decisions with cross-functional partners • Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience
