📋 Description

• Own product and platform projects end to end, from brief to customer-facing feature • Turn briefs into specifications with user needs, acceptance criteria, technical plans, cost, security, and instrumentation • Design simple, scalable systems and document key architectural decisions • Orchestrate multiple coding agents in parallel using relevant context, skills, rules, repo cards, and internal MCP servers • Review agent output and write Playwright and unit tests • Pass pull-request and release verification gates • Release behind feature flags and configure Datadog monitors and product analytics • Use Cleric.ai to investigate production issues and validate features for users • Participate in the support rotation and handle incidents • Convert recurring support problems into new briefs • Contribute skills, patterns, and learnings to the shared context repository • In the first 90 days: set up an AI-native environment, ship a scoped project with a pod, take a support rotation, and contribute a learning or skill to the shared repository

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building and running production software • Deep backend experience and ability to work across the stack • Working AI-native setup using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar • Own skills, rules, MCP servers, or agent workflows, with examples of running agents in parallel • Strong judgment on agent output, including identifying bugs, security issues, and architectural drift • Experience designing distributed systems on AWS, including event-driven flows, queues, idempotency, failure recovery, and cost • Ownership of quality without a QA team, including test strategy, CI, observability, feature flags, and incident response • Product sense and ability to explain customer value, cut scope, and measure results • Clear written communication in English • Comfort with ambiguity and change • If based in Europe, ability to work Brazil/Argentina time zone • Nice to have: experience building LLM-powered product features, internal agent tooling, Gmail/Google Workspace/CRM integrations, or SOC 2/security-conscious SaaS engineering
