📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between business and development for integrations • Understand both the technical and business sides of integrations • Support the Customer Solutions team • Manage client and supplier integrations within the travel industry • Run several projects in parallel • Communicate with internal teams and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry • Familiarity with different business and distribution models in the sector (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.) • Proven experience in client-facing roles • Proven sales experience is an advantage • Ability to read and understand technical documentation: API specs, JSON/XML • Comfort using tools like Postman to test endpoints or review logs • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar • Ability to write requirements and functional specifications for business and development teams • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve problems • Process-oriented but pragmatic • Ability to run several projects in parallel while staying organized • Excellent communication with internal teams and clients • Proactive and willing to speak up when something doesn't add up • Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese
