📋 Description

• Provide equipment support to assigned customers • Guide and develop Equipment Service Engineers • Provide immediate on-site critical support during machine breakdowns to achieve targeted MTTR • Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures • Implement equipment retrofits and upgrades to achieve targeted MTBF and machine availability • Work with product management teams, regional teams, and Tech Centers on auxiliary equipment strategy • Train customer personnel on maintenance schedules and breakdown resolution • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and regional partners • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings • Report to the Service Manager – Equipment in Pune

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Strong electro-mechanical knowledge • Experience with the latest equipment control processes • 5–10 years of relevant experience in equipment support • Experience supporting equipment in the electroplating/surface finishing industry is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel up to 50% • Applicants may be subject to export-control restrictions based on citizenship, country of origin, or immigration status • Background checks and drug screens may be required
