📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend • Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems • Use AI coding agents as an integral part of everyday development • Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of final results • Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations • Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution • Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements • Improve the codebase and development practices for effective AI-assisted engineering • Work on cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure, including routing, messaging, and real-time communication layers for contact centres

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • 4 years of strong hands-on production experience with Go • Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript • Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems • Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar, beyond simple autocomplete • Ability to use AI effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output • Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently • CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background is a plus • Experience with WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs is a plus • API gateway and microservices integration experience is a plus • GraphQL federation experience is a plus • Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, and infrastructure-as-code experience is a plus • Polyglot persistence and MongoDB operations experience is a plus • Internal tooling, evaluations, or automation built on LLM APIs is a plus • Open-source contributions, especially in Go, are a plus
