📋 Description

• Support the development and implementation of AI-related initiatives and innovation projects • Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends, particularly within the Chinese technology ecosystem • Collaborate directly with the Chief AI & Information Officer on strategic AI projects • Participate in technical discussions with Chinese partners, technology providers, and stakeholders • Assist with evaluating AI solutions, models, frameworks, and development tools • Contribute to software development activities, including coding, testing, and prototyping • Help bridge communication and collaboration between European and Chinese teams and partners • Prepare technical analyses, documentation, presentations, and research materials in both Chinese and English • Support international business trips and meetings when required

🎯 Requirements

• Native or native-like level Chinese language skills (C1/C2) • English proficiency at minimum B2 level • Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress) • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies • Practical experience using AI tools and models • Experience using AI to support software development, programming, automation, or technical work • Valid passport and willingness to travel to China for business trips • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with confidential information and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) • Knowledge of additional languages, including Polish • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools • Understanding of the Chinese technology market • Previous experience working in an international environment • Open-source, academic, or personal AI projects
