📋 Description

• Build and scale customer-facing data products end-to-end from idea to launch • Create systems understanding creators’ location, age, and interests at scale • Extract creator-brand collaborations from raw social data • Shape AI-assisted search using LLMs and embeddings for search and recommendations • Plan, build, iterate, and launch high-impact data projects • Work with Data Insights, Data Search, and Data Core teams • Participate in pair programming and fast feedback loops • Build data products and APIs involving creator and brand insights • Attend regular team offsites

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Spark; PySpark preferred but not required • Proven track record with ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data processing • Comfortable working with unstructured data • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or AWS Step Functions • Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including Glue and EMR • Experience shipping full features from planning and architecture through implementation, release, and iteration • Based in Europe with significant working-hours overlap with EET (Tallinn time) • Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered features in production • Practical understanding of LLM trade-offs involving cost, latency, and capability • Bonus: AI/ML or LLM tools, GCP/Vertex AI, Apache Iceberg, Pulumi or Terraform, Node.js and TypeScript, AWS cost mechanics • Customer-facing production data engineering experience rather than primarily analytics, BI, dashboards, or stakeholder reporting
