📋 Description

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Manage and maintain company social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels • Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, short-form videos, captions, and other marketing materials • Develop and maintain social media content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities • Track and analyze social media and marketing performance using relevant analytics tools and provide improvement recommendations • Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials • Assist with email marketing, website content, SEO, paid advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages when required, and help maintain a positive online brand presence • Conduct basic market and audience research to identify customer needs, trends, and potential marketing opportunities • Maintain brand consistency across digital channels and marketing materials • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, traffic, leads, and other relevant KPIs • Perform other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related role • Proven experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail • Experience creating engaging social media content and marketing materials • Working knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and lead generation • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Creative, proactive, and highly adaptable • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights
