📋 Description

• Review and annotate music, podcasts, audiobooks, and related search scenarios • Use language expertise and cultural knowledge to understand content, context, and user intent • Listen to and evaluate audio content for relevance, context, and local cultural nuances • Research information online to verify details and support accurate evaluations • Apply project guidelines consistently and use judgment with nuanced or subjective content • Document findings, insights, and questions in English • Complete assigned annotation tasks within established 1–2 week project timelines across rotating project types • Incorporate feedback and escalate questions or issues when clarification is needed

🎯 Requirements

• Hindi as a primary language • Strong written and verbal English proficiency • Strong understanding of Hindi culture, language, and local content • Familiarity with Indonesian music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other digital media • Comfortable using audio streaming platforms on desktop and mobile devices • Experience with content annotation, rating, or evaluation • Ability to make subjective assessments and apply defined criteria consistently • Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets • Proficiency with web-based tools and platforms • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency • Reliable, adaptable, and open to receiving and incorporating feedback • Dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe • Willingness to install required ModSquad security systems on computer and mobile phone • Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher • 8 GB RAM or greater • Good quality headset with clear audio • Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects
