📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally on strategic projects, supporting different areas in identifying and developing AI-based solutions • Partner with project managers, business teams, data engineering, and technology teams • Analyze the project backlog and identify opportunities to apply AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI • Participate in defining technical solutions, contributing to architecture, solution design, and the selection of technologies and models • Develop solutions using Machine Learning, predictive models, and Generative AI • Develop AI applications and components using Python and Software Engineering practices • Explore and develop GenAI/LLM applications, including integration with AI services and resources in Azure and Databricks • Perform exploratory data analysis and data preparation, define hypotheses, train and evaluate models, and continuously improve them • Implement and deploy models and applications in cloud environments • Build and enhance Machine Learning and MLOps pipelines, from development and testing through deployment and monitoring • Work with Azure, Databricks, MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines • Contribute to the definition and evolution of data and AI solution architecture • Ensure best practices in development, version control, documentation, testing, and maintenance • Monitor the evolution of AI technologies and identify new tools, models, and applications • Serve as a technical reference in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and GenAI • Perform other duties related to the department

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL • Experience developing Machine Learning and predictive models • Experience with Generative AI and LLMs, preferably in enterprise applications • Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks • Knowledge of and experience with MLOps, including MLflow, Docker, pipelines, and model deployment • Experience applying Software Engineering practices to data and AI solutions • Knowledge of solution architecture, APIs, systems integration, and application development • Experience with the complete AI solution development lifecycle: problem understanding, data analysis, modeling, development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring • Knowledge of Machine Learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent • Experience with CI/CD environments, Git, and code version control • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • Preferred qualifications: experience with Azure AI/Azure AI Studio; advanced experience with Databricks; development of GenAI/LLM applications; Deep Learning; time-series models; systems optimization; Feature Store and Model Serving; experience in the industrial, mining, or metallurgical sectors; IoT (MQTT, LoRa, and OPC UA); Microsoft DP-100, Databricks Machine Learning Associate, or related certifications
