📋 Description

• Advise and support buyers—often in the mid- to high-end market, and sometimes international clients—on high-stakes property projects • Develop a local network of agents, referrers, and partners • Secure buyer-representation agreements • Actively source properties on and off the market • Arrange property viewings • Negotiate exclusively in the best interests of clients • Support clients through to completion and signing • Manage your business with a high degree of organizational autonomy • Use digital tools and benefit from professional support and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Real estate professional looking to transition into a buyer-focused role, or an experienced sales professional • Comfortable working with discerning clients • Strong knowledge of the Nice and French Riviera property markets • Service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and commercial ambition • Professional experience in real estate or sales • Independent commercial agent status
