📋 Description

• Represent and communicate data requirements and relationships among data assets • Investigate, analyze, and scope data requirements for data integration, retrieval, and reusable data sets • Analyze business requirements for data modeling and maintain data structures and associated components • Advise on data structures and associated components • Manage iteration, review, and maintenance of data requirements and data models • Assist in creating the semantic layer of data and reusable data assets • Select suitable data-modeling approaches and build flexible data models • Reconcile logical source models into a consistent model aligned with data-architecture guidelines • Map logical data models to physical data-store schemas • Build quality prediction, audit-score, CAPA, food-safety, calibration, supplier-quality, and quality-risk analytics • Develop NLP and GenAI solutions for quality investigations, audit preparation, and document insights • Build IIoT analytics, predictive-maintenance models, process-control solutions, optimization models, and simulation models • Design, build, validate, deploy, and improve ML, statistical, NLP, computer-vision, optimization, simulation, and GenAI solutions using Databricks and Azure/AWS • Integrate SAP, MES, QMS/eQMS, food-safety, audit, and IIoT data into Databricks-based data products • Build dashboards, alerts, scorecards, and self-service analytics using Tableau, Power BI, Databricks SQL, or Python tools • Operationalize models through MLOps, monitoring, retraining, governance, security, and auditability • Partner with quality, food safety, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, HSE, and digital-services stakeholders • Quantify business impact through quality, food-safety, manufacturing, and supply-chain KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in data modeling in a large complex business with multiple systems • Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate them to a broad audience • 5–8+ years of experience in quality analytics, food-safety analytics, manufacturing analytics, supply-chain analytics, industrial AI, or data science in an operational/FMCG environment • Hands-on, production-level experience with Databricks • Strong cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS • Strong Python skills, including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, time-series libraries, and TensorFlow or PyTorch • Strong SQL and PySpark skills • Experience building scalable data pipelines and governed data products in Databricks • Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, time-series analysis, anomaly detection, classification, regression, forecasting, and model validation • Experience designing end-to-end cloud data-science and data-engineering architectures • Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Databricks SQL, or Python-based tools • Experience working with QMS/eQMS, IMS, MES, SAP ERP, CMMS, historians, IIoT platforms, or audit-management systems • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and data-storytelling skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Food Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field • Databricks, Azure, AWS, IL6S/Lean Six Sigma, HACCP, PCQI, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or BRCGS certifications listed in the posting
