📋 Description

• Design end-to-end payment journeys for merchants, from current-state analysis to future-state architecture • Lead customer strategy sessions to understand business objectives and recommend scalable, efficient solutions • Own technical integrations, including API and SDK testing and merchant onboarding • Advise merchants on checkout UX, authentication, payment flows, and payouts • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides • Build or recommend tooling to improve and scale the integration process • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success • Surface product feedback • Travel to customer sites when needed for hands-on technical support and implementation • Complete product, customer, and technical solution onboarding during the first 90 days • Take ownership of technical discovery, demos, integration discussions, and the sales and delivery process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical implementations with APIs and SDKs • Background in fintech, especially payments • Strong grasp of complex API architectures • Experience developing applications • Ability to break down complex integration challenges and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Track record of delivering measurable outcomes and business value for customers • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain complex technical topics to C-level stakeholders and frontline teams • Experience running customer meetings and discovery workshops • Ability to manage multiple merchants in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment • Fluent in English • Arabic is a plus • Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed • Ability to work across EMEA time zones
