📋 Description

• Perform editorial content generation, copywriting, and social media management • Develop and grow the Company’s narrative and market presence through content strategies, innovative content ideas, and editorial calendars • Generate digital content through the editorial process, incorporating ideas and concepts shared by team members • Write social media copy for all in-house content and assist in copyediting other content with a focus on SEO and optimizing social sharing • Manage brand marketing and engaging content across multiple platforms: Social media platforms, Website pages, Blogs/article content, Email marketing • Maintain a consistent brand voice and ideology across various mediums and platforms • Utilize SEO tools to boost Company’s online presence • Create creative and unique content for all brand communications • Align all forms of content with brand strategy and marketing campaigns • Storytelling and storyboarding strong narratives, including for multimedia content • Collaborate with product management and development teams to create accurate and compelling product descriptions • Maintain the schedule for social media accounts using tools such as AgoraPulse.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of editorial or social media work experience including developing and executing content strategies • Experience with a broad array of digital communications styles, formats, and distribution channels including marketing content on LinkedIn via paid and organic posts • Interest in social & environmental impact, a basic understanding of enterprise software • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; ability to write compelling, clickable headlines, descriptions, and other micro copy • Solid understanding of SEO and how content can capture search traffic • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and/or other design software • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and demands with short lead-times • Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of working with both technical and non-technical professionals • A problem solver with a sense of intellectual curiosity, patience, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for master’s degrees in business, marketing / integrated marketing communications, journalism, and related fields.
