• Lead the people-side implementation of strategic transformation across manufacturing operations • Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviours to enhance efficiency, safety, and growth • Enable robust implementation and sustainable adoption of MRP processes within the ERP environment, notably Microsoft D365 • Advise Business Unit leaders, site managers, and functional teams, aligning change initiatives with manufacturing and business priorities • Collaborate with the Highlander team to simplify points of contact, clarify local priorities, and explain core model deployment • Lead and support change management for process improvements and ERP implementations, especially MRP and sales and operational planning • Conduct business impact assessments, readiness analyses, and stakeholder mapping across production sites, sales offices, and central functions • Assess training needs and coordinate training delivery • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans • Identify resistance and adoption risks and develop practical mitigation strategies • Coordinate integrated change activities with local operational teams • Embed new behaviours, tools, and mindsets to promote continuous improvement • Track and report business change readiness, identify gaps, and propose mitigating actions • Serve as a best-practice and quality resource within MRP and ERP transformations
• Deep understanding of shop floor processes, operations, production workflows, and supply chain dynamics • Hands-on experience supporting or deploying MRP modules in ERP systems (Microsoft D365 or similar) • Ability to bridge IT system design and operational execution for MRP and related planning functions • Experience delivering change management within an industrial or manufacturing environment • Understanding and leadership of to-be processes and ways of working • Understanding and advocacy of good practices for MRP, P2P, Forecast to stock processes, and margin management • Proven ability to build relationships and influence frontline teams, middle management, and senior leaders • Strong communication and facilitation skills in operational and technical contexts • Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or Microsoft D365 is a strong advantage • Comfortable working at different organisational levels • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs • Bachelor's degree • Change Management or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is an advantage • Minimum 5 years of experience in change, transformation, or multi-site operational roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors
