📋 Description

• Live Coaching & Training - Host coach-led workshops, providing expert training on outreach strategies. • Conduct one-on-one coaching calls to refine members’ cold email campaigns. • Community Engagement & Support - Actively participate in community channels answering questions and offering expert outreach advice. • Outreach Strategy - Teach members how to craft high-converting emails, personalize at scale, and optimize deliverability (SPF, DKIM, etc.). • Guide members in building scalable outreach funnels and targeting ideal clients. • Help analyze outreach campaigns for troubleshooting & improvements. • Encourage action-taking and provide strategic guidance to help them win clients. • Collaboration & Program Growth - Work closely with Success Managers and leadership team to align coaching with member needs. • Offer feedback to improve outreach resources and workshops, enhancing program effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Cold Email Expertise: Proven experience running professional cold email campaigns with a track record of generating leads, driving sales, and achieving measurable results. • Advanced Outreach Skills: Deep understanding of email copywriting, deliverability, best practices (SPF, DKIM, avoiding spam), personalization techniques, and list building techniques. • Coaching & Training Experience: Background in coaching, mentoring, or training others in outreach or cold emailing—ideally within a business or entrepreneurial setting. • Strong Teaching Abilities: Ability to break down complex outreach tactics into clear, actionable steps for workshops and coaching calls. • Tech Proficiency: Experience using cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Glockapps) • Results-Driven Mindset: Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide members effectively. • Compliance & Best Practices: Understanding of email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM) and ethical outreach strategies to ensure compliant and high-performing campaigns. • Passion for Business Growth: A strong desire to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses through strategic outreach. • High-Performance Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple coaching relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven program. • Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with AI or automation industries is a plus, but expertise in cold emailing is the priority.
