📋 Description

• Own Morpho's strategy for expanding into new credit markets, building the framework that sizes and sequences each opportunity. • Size net new markets including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables. • Build and run the process that surfaces what institutions need across use cases and industries. • Work with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing and legal to decide where Morpho builds and where it partners, then ship multiple zero-to-one loan categories. • Design and run proof of concepts with new counterparty types, then scale proven models across markets. • Map regulatory, compliance and registration requirements and factor them into opportunity prioritization. • Ramp on the lending stack and Midnight's capabilities, meet relevant teams, and map existing credit opportunities. • Drive delivery of a proof of concept for a new loan market and size the broader expansion landscape. • Ship experiments across several categories and develop internal consensus on expansion strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets. • Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with a working grasp of how credit markets function. • Experience shipping products with regulatory or compliance requirements. • Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to create clarity and drive decisions in highly ambiguous environments • Fast synthesis, with the ability to ramp on unfamiliar industries and markets quickly. • Team-first mindset, low ego.
