📋 Description

• Install and replace parts, components, and modules in telecommunications equipment • Configure and parameterize mobile and portable radios according to the company’s communication standards • Implement and configure Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, including radio link (transmission) systems and associated infrastructure • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on communication systems (RF and infrastructure) • Provide field technical support, interacting directly with customers and troubleshooting faults • Manage service tickets, providing technical coordination and escalation with the NOC • Prepare detailed and accurate technical reports for service calls, maintenance, and installations, including As-Built documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering Technology • Good standing with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians) • Previous experience in field technical support or implementation of Radio Frequency (RF) systems • Hands-on experience installing and configuring communication radios (fixed, mobile, or portable) • Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including RF sites and towers • Experience performing work at heights • Valid NR-35 certification
