📋 Description

• Own performance and impact of approximately 50 complex, custom paid media campaigns initially • Lead campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and communication with practices and cross-functional teams • Build command of reporting and tracking systems • Pull data independently and diagnose account health and tracking issues • Manage campaign risk proactively before it affects results • Use AI to scale account volume and work quality • Apply pattern recognition, hypothesis-driven testing, and educated bets to drive results • Contribute new paid media best practices and AI-assisted workflows for team adoption • Influence clients and cross-functional teams toward improved campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning performance of a large, complex book of paid media campaigns • Ability to manage approximately 50 campaigns initially, scaling over time • Deep understanding of data, tracking, reporting, and full-funnel paid media • Ability to pull data independently and diagnose account and tracking health • Experience with strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and performance accountability • Ability to use hypothesis-driven testing, pattern recognition, and educated bets • Ability to determine when to follow playbooks/SOPs and when to use independent judgment • Productive use of AI to improve work quality and volume • Excellent communication skills for influencing clients and cross-functional teams
