📋 Description

• Lead the Digital Government & Public Administration Business Center with a strategic perspective • Monitor and assess market changes, customer needs, and regulatory developments • Proactively identify and manage opportunities and risks • Ensure the sustainable development and future-proof positioning of the area of responsibility • Take responsibility for implementing annual revenue, cost, and efficiency targets • Lead and develop the team through disciplinary management based on trust • Play a central role in consulting projects as a thought leader, decision-maker, and catalyst • Help shape the digital transformation of the public sector • Further develop sales activities • Develop new ideas and build strong, long-term customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Many years of experience in the public sector • Experience at both federal and state level • Experience managing major projects • Understanding of political processes • Experience moderating complex stakeholder interests • Well-established network among ministries, public authorities, and public-sector IT service providers • Business management responsibility and leadership experience • Understanding of markets and business models • Experience with strategic direction-setting and decision-making • Excellent communication skills • Please specify your industry experience, budget responsibility, and previous areas of responsibility in your application
