• You represent a reputable service provider. • You assist customers by phone, email, or mail. • You help customers prepare invoices/billing statements and correct billing. • You answer questions about invoices, process invoice corrections, and initiate dunning suspensions. • You are responsible for sending invoices, billing statements, and meter-reading reports. • You guide customers through creating their billing statements online.
• Initial professional experience in telephone customer support or motivation for a career change into the role. • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written. • Good numerical aptitude. • Quick comprehension and the ability to learn quickly. • Basic PC/computer skills. • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers.
• Permanent employment contract, part-time or full-time (35–39 hours/week). • A Spanish employment contract. • A fixed monthly salary and on-time payment of your salary. • Work location in Maspalomas at the southern tip of Gran Canaria. • Intensive professional training including practical training days. • Ongoing support from subject-matter contacts after training. • Pleasant weather and a great team atmosphere. • German-speaking team
