📋 Description

• Conduct qualified closing calls with potential clients by phone • Ensure a smooth transition from prospects to paying clients • Address client needs strategically to maximize conversions • Accurately document and follow up on consultation processes in the CRM system • Advise on and present the firm's premium services • Build trust and persuasion in direct client interactions • Support the team in optimizing consultation and closing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification • Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong service orientation and a friendly demeanor • Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment • Team player with flexibility
