📋 Description

• Build trusted advisor relationships with regional business function heads and leadership teams • Develop tailored HR solutions aligned with business needs and the firm’s talent strategy • Represent HR at regional business forums • Manage relationships between broader HR teams and regional business units • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to implement operating models • Lead regional change initiatives with global HR leads and stakeholders • Coach leaders on engagement, retention, and talent reviews • Partner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate recruitment needs and oversee senior appointments • Guide performance management, goal setting, reviews, ratings moderation, and compensation calibration • Drive succession planning, successor pipelines, and development plans • Promote employee wellbeing through listening methods and action plans • Foster inclusion and support diverse talent • Identify optimisation opportunities for structural change • Enhance employee experience through effective communication and wellbeing programmes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an HR business partner or similar role at a global or regional level within a matrixed environment • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives • Experience partnering with senior leaders and collaborating with key stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, influence, empathy, sensitivity to cultural differences, and prioritisation • Deep understanding of generalist HR practices, performance evaluation, and compensation processes • Exceptional discretion when handling confidential information • Adaptability and resilience in complex organisational structures • Proficiency analysing data using Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams • Knowledge of HR policies/procedures and employment/labour laws relevant to regional operations • Experience overseeing budgets/resources within large organisations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory • Additional qualifications related to human resources or organisational development are advantageous
