📋 Description

• Own, maintain, and connect the company's internal software stack, including CRM, billing, accounting platforms, databases, and analytics dashboards • Identify, prototype, and build custom SQL and JavaScript scripts, AI agents, and low-code integrations to eliminate manual tasks • Automate workflows across People, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations • Partner with Sales and Marketing to streamline lead pipelines, customer data enrichment, conversion funnels, and customer-facing website updates • Build and maintain data pipelines, operational dashboards, and data models for strategic decision-making • Apply Lean principles and systems analysis to map workflows, identify operational or financial bottlenecks, and build solutions • Serve as an execution arm for executive leadership by resolving unowned, cross-cutting technical issues across products, vendor platforms, and internal operations

🎯 Requirements

• IC5 or above • Ability to map cross-functional workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and apply Lean principles • Self-directed problem solving and ability to prioritize in ambiguity • Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL • Ability to build internal tools, scripts, and API integrations • Track record designing reliable data pipelines • Experience maintaining zero-defect data models • Experience delivering actionable BI dashboards • Technical mastery of Salesforce/HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite/Xero, Segment, and GitHub/npm APIs • Strong attention to detail and commitment to no-defect execution • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, function calling, and low-code orchestration engines such as Pipedream, Make, Zapier, or n8n • Preferred UTC-6 to UTC+5 working location/time zone • Prior startup founder, Technical Operations Lead, GTM Engineer, Finance Ops Engineer, or Principal Engineer experience is nice to have • Experience with React, Next.js, and MUI's tool ecosystem is nice to have • Familiarity with open-source ecosystems, developer tools, or PLG telemetry metrics is nice to have • Lean principles applied within knowledge work or software development is nice to have
