📋 Description
• **Responsibilities:** • - Implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. • - Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics ERP. • - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and integration processes. • - Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of the ERP system. • - Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the implemented system. • - Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients. • - Engage in project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP implementation projects.
🎯 Requirements
• **Requirements:** • - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • - A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, specifically in technical consultancy roles. • - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Finance and Operations or another Dynamics ERP module. • - Proficiency in X++, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. • - Experience with integrations and data migration using Microsoft integration tools and technologies such as Azure, Logic Apps, or Power Automate. • - Familiarity with SQL server database management and reporting services. • - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. • - Project management experience in ERP implementations is a plus. • - Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
