📋 Description
• Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements and processes. • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules to meet client-specific needs. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements. • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance user adoption and understanding of the ERP system. • Support system testing and validation to ensure solutions function optimally within the business context. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users post-implementation. • Stay current with updates and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to offer informed advice and innovative solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, specifically in functional consultancy roles. • Proven expertise in at least one of the modules within Microsoft Dynamics ERP (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, or Production). • Strong understanding of business process mapping and analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address client-specific challenges. • Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and engage stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
