📋 Description
• Design, build, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business user requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide BI solutions that align with business goals. • Develop and optimize data models and queries to ensure high performance and accuracy. • Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and security within Power BI projects. • Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users and team members. • Maintain and update existing Power BI reports and solutions to adapt to changing business needs. • Stay current with the latest Power BI features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve BI capabilities. • Work closely with IT and data teams to integrate Power BI with various data sources.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in creating Power BI reports and dashboards. • Advanced skills in **DAX** and **Power Query (M Language)**. • Extensive experience in **data modeling** and combining data from various sources. • Good knowledge of **data visualization best practices**. • Experience in publishing, managing, and maintaining reports within the **Power BI Service**. • Capability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. • Strong communication abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated experience as a Power BI Consultant or Developer with a robust portfolio of Power BI projects. • In-depth knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Hands-on experience with SQL and integrating Power BI with diverse data sources. • Awareness of data governance, data quality, and security best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to transform business needs into efficient BI solutions. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with other BI tools and analytics platforms is advantageous. • **Preferred Qualifications:** • Microsoft certification such as **PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)** or equivalent. • Experience working in enterprise environments. • Familiarity with SQL and other data platforms is a plus.
