📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions • Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions • Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation • Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems • Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs • Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM • Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations • Experience with data migration and testing • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • ServiceNow certification is a plus
